Reading Materials for lectures by Mr. Hawkins are contained in the case book which is available from the bookstore. Reading materials for the lectures by Mr. Giaschi are set out below.
To prepare for this lecture students are asked to read sections 2 (definition of Canadian Maritime Law), 22 and 42 of the Federal Court Act, and the following cases:

To prepare for this lecture students are asked to read the Outline, section 43 of the Federal Court Act, Part 13 of the Federal Court Rules, 1988, and Rule 55 of the Supreme Court of British Columbia Rules.
To prepare for this lecture students are asked to read the following cases:
